I'm a Peer Recovery coach

Peer Recovery coaches help with recovery of your core values and personal net worth. If you are living with addiction, health and wellness issues, mental health, chronic stress, social isolation, or just want to live a more fulfilling life, we can help because we have experiential learning from having traveled this journey ourselves.

In every recovery there are strengths and resiliences. Often those issues which we are most exasperated with contain within them a hidden goldmine of strengthes -just waiting to be uncovered and put to use for our recovery success.

The journey of recovery may start with a heavy emphasis on some particular aspect, but will eventually expand to encompass Health and Wellness in all facets of an individual’s growth and wellbeing. This is a holistic journey that is interdependent and non-linear.

Aret oporteat inciderint te est. Sed no errem deseruisse. Consequat cotidieque qui id, ceteros electram eos in.

Once the Hero accomplishes his test, he returns to his family and community a new person. Like the prodigal child, the lessons learned become something of profound value for the greater community.

“The threat of stigma is so powerful as to prevent the vast majority from obtaining even an initial interview with a professional. Stigma is personal.”

The Journey of Wellness is a Personal One and is Unique (though we share certain aspects in common)

Learn about the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, social, financial, spiritual, occupational, physical, intellectual and environmental…

Peer Recovery coaching is available. Whether you are in Recovery or simply looking for Personal Growth and Wellbeing; we have the skills, experience, and training to help you in your Journey toward a fuller life.

Aret oporteat inciderint te est. Sed no errem deseruisse. Consequat cotidieque qui id, ceteros electram eos in.

Self-esteem issues are quite a bit more common than you think, these days. Being successful is no guarantee that you will be confident and self-assured. Often it works against you. You’ll be happy to know that you can feel secure.

Couples Work & Relationship

You might be surprised to learn that you can have the intimacy that you want. Together, we can help make your Relationship sparkle.

Grief and Loss

This can be one of the toughest to deal with because it takes the motivation out of you. It’s hard to get moving with no wind in your sails.

Communication Skills

Good relationships are based upon trust. And trust depends upon Communication. People sometimes communicate a little differently than one another. Relationship is a skillset and takes some mastery.

You’re stuck, overwhelmed, and tired, and you need help finding your way forward.

No one is more of an expert on you than you. Consolidation of you wellness toolkit will help pull you through those times when you feel a little frayed at the edges.

About Peer Recovery

Peer Recovery is a strength-based mode of getting better. This is a big difference from older styles based on analysis about what’s wrong with us.

Peer based movements stem from self-advocacy and tend to be self-empowering. Nobody is a better expert on you than yourself.

There are 5 stages to recovery as it is classically taught.

The 1st stage is called pre-contemplation and in this stage, we tend to dismiss the idea that we even have a problem, much less whether it is time to get help.

In the 2nd (or contemplation) stage, we begin to consider, from time to time, that “well, maybe I ought to change this”.

In the 3rd stage we begin to get serious. Here, we start looking for help and avenues of hope and we might even call somebody and begin making plans.

In stage 1, it is not time yet. Stages 2 and especially stage 3 are when you know the time has come.

After a thorough and complete investigation of your Personal Timeline Narrative, we run progressions and regressions of various trouble-areas immersed in various novel contexts which beneficially release old patterns and spontaneously generate healing modifications. This helps clear the obstacles and prepare the way for successful forward momentum.

Suas bonorum legendos ad qui, sed vitae munere suscipiantur no. Quot graece at usu, eum te libris atomorum sensibus, omnesque consulatu et vel. Eu eos scripta definiebas adversarium, mundi laudem tamquam id vim.

Suas bonorum legendos ad qui, sed vitae munere suscipiantur no. Quot graece at usu, eum te libris atomorum sensibus, omnesque consulatu et vel. Eu eos scripta definiebas adversarium, mundi laudem tamquam id vim.

When we have full access to the Whole Person, we are able to connect with the source of true healing which is regenerative. The Whole Person is alive and well but sometimes gets covered up with baggage and triggers. Generative Healing gets underneath all that clutter and re-establishes communication with the core-self.
